Corn salad with Tête de Moine AOP cheese
Ingredients
- 200 g of corn salad
- 16 rosettes planed of Tête de Moine AOP cheese
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 2 apples
- a few edible flowers
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Wash and dry the salad well, cut the apples into thin slices and chop the walnuts. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and add the oil, salt and pepper. Finally, decorate with Tête de Moine AOP rosettes and edible flowers.
